If the option 'Close MiTL on quicklaunch' is enabled and a particular quicklaunch name has been changed then MiTL will not be closed when starting that quicklaunch executable.
The logic for the running process check uses the set executable name to search for, if the name has been changed it will return false and not close MiTL
