[Suggestion] Add manual from Whipowill of available playerbot commands

Hello, I have seen many people ask about the available commands for this module and I myself couldn't find any comprehensive list until I stumbled upon this list created by Whipowill:

I believe it would be beneficial for everyone working or using this module to see this list and addon and suggest placing links to one or both on the Readme for this module.

I hope to increase the parameter configuration instructions, a lot of like me just learnt to compile not quite clear how to configure, for example: 1, after compiling whether need to put the parameters in playbot.conf.dist into worldserver.conf 2, I have set the random robot level in playbot.conf.dist to 1, but into the game! I have set the random bot level to 1 in playbot.conf.dist, but when I enter the game, I find that the bots' level is 50+. 3. When the bots under the same number form a team, when the player collects the quests, I don't see any prompts to suggest that the bots that form the team collect the quests
