Renew Interface when users stay in game

Hola a todos soy un recién llegado a este proyecto! Tengo amplios conocimientos en css!
Necesito que me ayuden con lo siguiente, he encontrado y he tratado de modifcar los archivos css, pero a la hora de revisar dicha modificación no queda implementada, es decir, al parecer hay un archivo que no estoy pudiendo encontrar que superpone los cambios que realizo en los distintos css dentro de la carpeta public/css. Hello everyone, I'm a newcomer to this project! I have extensive knowledge in CSS!
I need help with the following, I have found and tried to modify the css files, but when it comes to reviewing said modification it is not implemented, that is, apparently there is a file that I am not able to find that overlaps the changes I make in the different css within the public/css folder.
