I often need to change a single setting depending on the map, and going into all 3 settings files I have (I have an alpha layer, a game layer, and a cursor layer) to change one option (for example cursor trail length) takes a lot of time and could be easily fixed with a setting option. The settings put in could be formatted as it is in the settings file, so -tweak={"Skin":{"Cursor":{"LongTrailLength":100,"LongTrailDensity":4}}} would set the trail length to 100 and the density to 4. It would just be a nice option in case settings need to be tweaked on a per map / per skin basis.
