Checking KCB Bank balance fails

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Stax app.
2. On the home screen click on the add account button.
3. Choose KCB Mobile banking from the list.
4. Click on the check balance button.
5. Enter your pin.
6. Pay attention to the prompt coming from USSD.

Expected result

Checking account balance is successful

Actual result

The USSD prompt is redirected to a USSD Prompt and it fails afterward
