Within the TEXTERS box:

• The user should be able to add people who will text campaigns by adding a CSV file
• The user should be able to add contacts.
• The contacts are people who still need to be texted
• The user should be able to delineate how many people still need to be texted.
• Solid green makes it look like everyone has been texted
• The user should have a clear way to assign texters

Notes after further review of Texter section UI:

• What is the purpose of having Already Texted progress bar on Texters section if this info is also found under Stats page?

Recommendations for clearer UI:

• Add description copy to Texter section, something like, "Please input the # of contacts to assign to texter"
• Replace contacts with # of contacts
• Reorder of Texter row elements to Texter Name # of Contacts Available to Assign Already Texted Trash Icon
