Bug: Column sort in Message Review doesn't work

Describe the bug
On the Message Review page, when hovering over the columns, a tooltip appears saying "Sort". However, nothing actually happens and nothing is sorted when I click the columns.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to campaign where some texts have been sent out by a texter
2. Click "View conversations in Message Review" next to the texter's name
3. Hover your mouse over the "Latest Message" column. Note that the tooltip says "Sort"
4. Click on the "Latest Message" column
5. Issue: Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Clicking on a column that has the "Sort" tooltip should sort by that column
