Bug: Middle-Finger Emoji and Opt-Out

Describe the bug
For our profanity tagger and or auto-opt out functionality, we are noticing that this new emoji isn't being caught by our regex.

Expected behavior
In order to protect our volunteer experience, we should ensure that the middle finger emoji is never received by our volunteer in the first place.
