Review sn-client-cli functionality

• download location should be specified by the end-user. Downloading to node_modules should be removed.
• schemas should be excluded from downloading - they should be loaded at runtime
• We should also talk about localization
• sn.config.js should be abandoned - developers should be advised to use environment values for environment-specific config
