• Do people understand the concept? Tasks:
  • Book a slot (e.g. in Dortmund or create some locations close to your position)
  • Check an existing reservation
  • Create a notification for an upcoming reservation (has to be at least 31 min in the future)
  • Display the QR Code for a reservation
  • Delete a reservation (the actual deletion does not work at the moment)
  • Find a pharmacy (! no results so far)
  • Find a store with a low utilization level (! no results so far)
• What features do people wish for?
• "Auslastungsniveau": This is the current utilization level (live-tracking). Do people understand this?
• What should be the content of a tutorial?

Notes:

• Struggle to search for a location by moving the map
• add a search feature to go to a location quickly
• persist map when going to reservation and back to map (don't recenter on current location)
• Dont allow timeslots to start just before the market closes (19:59 when market closes at 20:00)
• utilization level not intuitive without an explanation (Tutorial)

Problems:

• Tutorial gifs too small/fast
• Ticket managing tutorial not relevant until after booking first ticket
• Search page has nothing to do with a search function
• All done in Tutorial misleading (sounds like ticket is already booked?)
