Make Billboard more reusable

Right now we have too very similar headers on lists and recommend. Lists does not take advantage of the Billboard component though. We should make Billboard take an argument for what to display beneath it so we can use it in both places.

The Lists page should have the users name under the image as this is kind of like them viewing their own profile, except they are able to see both private and public lists.
