Describe the bug
Since the activity indicator got removed in always all API calls (compare #1837), there is not more visual feedback for the users of the native apps when they save their profile data, e.g. basic data or description.

Is it on a Production or Development Build?
production and develop

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Me' screen and open settings
  2. Click on 'Edit profile'
  3. Press save button
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Show some activity indicator, e.g. in the button, while saving the data and a failure or success message according to the result of the API call.

What actually happens
The API call gets executed, but the user does see nothing. (In the web at least an activity indicator is shown.)
