Opening up the apppicker causes unexpected behavior #11

Opening and closing the apppicker without actually picking an app causes recently killed app to reappear on screen. Haven't looked over this portion of code so I'm not sure what could be causing, however I would guess its just a small logic bug in checking whether or not an app is running before causing it to appear.
