I wonder why there is a part where everyone makes a consecutive gesture but not at the same time (I don't know how to explain) and another would be with the union song, I don't know if when the central idol rises it is part of the teleportation or it is apart

I also thought it would be good to change the teleportation to the mother bone (most models in mmd have it and it is easy to add in pmx editor) or make an "solo" option without teleportation

About the three questions.

I think the motion you mentioned is at ~00:11 and ~02:19. These are small motion clips which are targets for "seek frame" command. This feature was added in 145c092 so builds after that can handle the animation correctly. (another example: Kururi Uta, in the beginning)

I haven't tested the rising in Union!, because... the stage is static for now so can't really preview the effect. Will look into this later.

No, the teleportation must appear on "center" bone not the root bone ("") for MLTD skeletons, otherwise the outcome is incorrect. The "ignore teleportation" option can be added. By the way, there are solo motions (for portrait views, don't move around much), which should be able to be supported but not supported yet.
