Achilles version is wrong in software list #93

In book it says 1.6.6 while in Achilles repo the latest is 1.6.3

But the latest version at the head of master is 1.6.6: https://github.com/OHDSI/Achilles/blob/master/DESCRIPTION#L4

Should we not be using that version? Then why is it the head of master?
