Can not adjust minimal duration and round up settings in tiimesheet module

I am getting an error when I want to adjust the minimal duration time and Round up time in the configuration of the timesheet module

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 17

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open timesheet module.
2. Click on configurations.
3. Adjust minimal duration and round up time.
4. Click on save.

Expected behavior
When filling in timesheet,

timesheet error.txt
the round up time and the minimal duration time to be adjusted according to the settings
