A few days ago I updated the Loop app in the standard way, after which Nightscout lost the connection between the app and the service. I tried to recreate the connection in various ways (re-enter credentials, restart Nightscout on the VM, re-deploy the VM, create a VM + Nightscout with scratch), but none of these actions helped me. Still i have that issue

Any of you had something similar?
Any idea how to fix it?

I am having a similar issue "SSL error happened, impossible to establish a secured connection with the server". The first time it seems that Google cloud changed the IP. But this time, the server IP hasn't changed, I do not know where the issue comes from.
Édit : after trying several solutions and changing my domain name, I am now have a code=-1022 error…

looks like there's maybe a problem with the SSL certificate used by your nightscout server. Can you verify that the SSL certificate is valid for the domain being used?

@Aleksander86 looks like you are putting in an IP address for the nightscout server in the Loop settings, but the server is responding with an SSL certificate for the domain ...chickenkiller.com . Does it work if you use the ...chickenkiller.com domain in the nightscout settings in the Loop app??

the hostname/domain/IP address you use in the Loop settings for the Nightscout server needs to have a valid SSL certificate for that hostname/domain/IP address being used.

Thanks for your feedback ! I finally reached a solution yesterday after 24h of data interruption : I changed my domain name and started again the Nightscout Google Cloud configuration steps (Phase 1 and Phase 2). It took then about 1h to resume the data sending from Loop to nightscout. And now, the VM confirms that I have a valid certificate. Crossing finger that this will remain stable in the coming days.
The question I cannot answer is why did it stop working ? But as long as it works ;-) Thanks again @cachrisman

EDIT : in fact, it crashed again, after less than 24H of stability...

Actually, I have just noticed that the data is not being sent again... So there is a bigger issue that I cannot overcome
But when I check my certificate on Google, it seems that it is valid (see screenshot)
Then it outpasses my competencies. I really do not know what to do.

By the way, my configuration is the following :
Browser Loop v3.4.1
IPhone 12 iOS 17.6.1
Nighscout 15.0.2

@makenrot what exactly do you mean by 'data is not being sent again' ??

perhaps in Loop Settings -> Nightscout, you can try logging out and logging back in and see if that works?

Thank you! I used now the url instead of IP address and works for me.

You need to wait like 10 mins. It's always some delays at begging.

Settings -> Nigh

I meant that Loop has lost connection with my nightscout server, because of a SSL error.
On the other end, when I check my Google VM, everything seems all right.
I tried to disconnect and connect again, and I am getting a SSL error. So the error may be from the Loop app ?
Same message in Shuggah where I am monitoring my long term info from nightscout.
I you have any idea of what could go wrong, it would be really helpful. Many thanks for your time !

To complement : yesterday, it worked back at the end of the day. And now, the SSL issue happens again. It seems that there is a job happening somewhere around 8:30AM that creates the issue. Would you advise to go back to a previous version of Loop ?
