Window Info section is always grayed out

The application runs normally (detects location and the station changes), I just can't click on the Open ETS2 Local Radio link, or change any settings in the application's window (Info section). That section is grayed out. The "Error log.txt" doesn't have any errors when loading the app. It used to work last time I tried it a few months ago. Tried reinstalling with the same result. What else can I provide?

I assume the install plug-ins buttons are not greyed out? When neither the plugin for ATS or ETS2 is detected, it will disable the other controls (otherwise people forget that step and I get questions why it does not work). If you just click that button and select the ETS2 or ATS folder, it should work again.

Bingo. I had moved the ATS and ETS Steam installs to a different drive. What was throwing me off was that the geo location change functionality remained intact throughout the game and, a grayed out message that the simulator was running showed in the window. Maybe something to tweak in the UI for when it happens to someone else.
