Change the UI of the toggle switch

Rationale

In the Log in - Sign up panel, it seem now that the switch represent the state of the Sign up form. The state of the Log in form is not well represented by the switch.

We can observe something similar in the Manage team panel.

Suggestions for improvement

1. Using tab (like this UX.SE answer)

2. Add a sentence and a link at the end (after the CTA) of both form

   At the end of Log in:

   Don't have an account? `Sign up`
   

   At the end of Sign up:

   Already have an account? `Log in`
   

3. Add the label New user? to the existing switch.

4. Add two label inside the existing switch (Log in and Sign up).
