Tell them where to go, how often they can expect to get an update on a reported vulnerability, what to expect if the vulnerability is accepted or declined, etc.
If you encounter a problem or a vulnerability, please use the "Report a problem" button you find at the lower right corner of the respective tool or service and choose "Bug" as the value of the Components field.
