Native ARM support

Currently, ARM devices need to use x64 emulation, which affects performance.
I think we only need to add the solution platform and update the publish script to produce both builds.
We'll also need to adjust the auto updater to support multiple builds, I'd probably rewrite the current updater into an Avalonia app.
