Add Sophos in SASE cloud map

Hi there,

This is a cool project. Kudos to you both. I just wanted to see if we can add Sophos as a vendor. We currently have 6 points of presence, as shown in the status portal below.

The above status page is available for all to view the locations and their corresponding status. Apart from that, there is no public endpoint listing as such.
