[fabric-1.19.2-dev] I`m losing a lot of exp, is it normal?

Description
So the problem is that when i use the Disenchanter block, to extract exp from a player. Lets say for exemple: I was at lvl 26, i step into the Disenchanter and 1LVL was drained from the player. Until this point is OK, the only problema is that when i used the pump to send the exp liquid to the tank, and than used the pump from the tank to the player again, i only received 1/10 of the 1LVL that was drained before.

Steps to reproduce:
Create this ideia:
Player get Drained Exp -> 4x Disenchanter -> Pump -> Tube -> Tank -> Pump -> Tube -> Player Get Exp Back

The speed to the pump where really low.
