Trying to run your example scripts, but python cannot find cnn_functions. is that a dependency?

ImportError: No module named cnn_functions

it is in the prototypes and/or keras_version folder of the repository. There isn't an obvious way to build the repo to allow for convenient module imports, though.

Maybe a setup.py used by easybuild?
