having a template for the overview table with each test case per tactic would be nice

I added a first draft of the overview table export.
Unfortunately the cellbg implementation of https://github.com/elapouya/python-docx-template is not very flexible. The N/A case needs to be changed by hand :(

Also there is no merged row per tactic.
