Dashboard page for newly created datasets and other activities

Description

to detect misuse and gain some insight into usage & workload we need an overview of created datasets, imports, syncs, releases, downloads & other jobs.

Ideally different time ranges could be selected to get numbers and quickly see all created datasets in a tabular view with an option to group by publisher & filter out specific publishers if needed, e.g. plazi

@thomasstjerne could you think of such a dashboard or maybe multiple ones and what would be needed from the API to drive that?
