I was able to go back from the new feedback view but it is true that to come out of the feedback plugin view, the user needs to press the small X on the top right. So I think you can close this issue

There's an open issue for this problem in the feedback package repository (ueman/feedback#194), for now it hasn't been fixed so either we find a workaround or we wait for the issue to be fixed in the package 🤷

There is a way to exit as explained in the previous comment. Just click on the "X"

Yes, I meant we could try to find a workaround to get the back button to close this view if we really wanted it to work this way.
I guess the 'X' button should be enough for now 🙂
